We offer weeks of sailing and yoga in the Aeolian Islands Archipelago. At night we will sleep at anchor in the harbor, and early in the morning we will take a dinghy for an hour and half session of Hatha Yoga on the shore. During the day we can sail and visit the many bays of islands to swim or snorkel, while in the afternoon we shall practice meditation. The cuisine is vegan / vegetarian. The Yoga teacher is Fabio Satyavan Graziano. Participation is open to everyone, beginners and non-beginners.
